- -> is Linux (to mention _one_ true multitasking OS)???
-
- Hi Saliya,
- I have a FRIENDLY question for you? Have you ever used AMIGA-OS? I
- for one have used almost ALL the other operating systems that claim to
- be a "multi-tasking" Operating System. I have YET to find one that
- delivers on ALL of its promises. I WILL admit that I have not played
- around much with Linux so do not feel I can be a good judge of it. I can
- only tell you of second-hand opinions from AMIGA users. As of yet, I
- have not heard ANY of them refer to Linux as a "True multi-tasking OS".
- Than again, the AMIGA-OS is a VERY hard OS to beat in that department
- (as I am sure you will agree, if you ever used it). :-)
-
- P.S.- PLEASE do not take this as a flame. It is NOT intended to be one.
- :-)
